Stretches and Workout, DONE!

Good Morning from Philadelphia....

Stretches and Workout DONE! Blood pressure is 134/86 at 92 bpm DIRECTLY AFTER WORKING OUT. So once my bp goes back to its normal resting rate I'm gonna be a little high. I'll keep working on that to get it back down. Now it's time to hit the shower.

And yes.
I get high.
Off of Life.
High off of Williams Works.
