I am finding out REAL QUICKLY AGAIN why we as Blacks are ON THE BOTTOM of everything that matters. I've now been trying to set up seeing this room for rent for the last hour where THIS GUY, White-Jewish, you gotta be kidding me. He's offering a room for rent but his ability to EVEN BE ON TIME IS CRAPPY! Then he just tried to leave a voice message that if I didn't call him back then he simply WASN'T GONNA SHOW UP.

I know that rooms for rents have CERTAIN TYPES OF PEOPLE THAT RENT THEM AND LIVE IN THEM, BUT!? Arbitrarily trying to DISMISS POTENTIAL TENETS AND PROFITS, simply BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS YOU DECIDE TO WORK IN?
That's terrible.
So instead of meeting him at 1pm, now he won't be there till 1:30pm and it is clear whatever he is doing OR WANTS TO DO, he needs either time to be SOMEPLACE ELSE or he needs to JUST SAY TO ME;
Can we reschedule this FOR TOMORROW, and then BE UP FRONT WITH ME ON WHY HE IS RESCHEDULING OR JUST DON'T SAY SHIT AT ALL.

Either way, something is ALREADY TELLING ME that this White-Jew INHERITED the house he is using as a room for rent. And that is ONE THING that is a BIG PROBLEM FOR US AS BLACK AMERICANS IN GENERALS;
We don't INHERIT ANYTHING OR PASS DOWN ENOUGH OF ANYTHING TO EACH OTHER.

Generational Wealth is something that a LOT of Black Scholars talk about, but I notice that BLACK LEADERS say NOTHING OF THIS, meaning!? The Black Pastors will DRESS UP THIS ISSUE, but they won't really make a clear cut connection to the fact that you CANNOT SIMPLY LOOK OUT FOR YOURSELF AND NOT BUILD ANYTHING TO GIVE TO YOUR CHILDREN/CHILD.

The way this "room for rent" landlord has come off since I started talking to him, has shown a level of DISCONNECT that I always have found in ANYONE who INHERITED OR WAS GIVEN power, wealth, etc! Instead of having TO MAKE AND EARN THE POSITION OR WHATEVER THAT THEY NOW HAVE.

It has been a LONG-STANDING POLICY AND PRACTICE here in Nazi-America for Whites TO TARGET AND WIPE OUT BLACKS who can actually PASS WEALTH AND POWER AND INFLUENCE ON TO THEIR CHILDREN. Forcing EACH Black Generation TO START OVER whether they want to or not. And I'm also seeing a SELFISH STUPIDITY on OUR PART that has developed from this where we are now becoming COMFORTABLE with not giving anything or PREPARING ANYTHING for their children's futures. Then gawking at them as they struggle to compete against Non-Black Children who become adults who HAVE WEALTH, POWER, INFLUENCE AND RESOURCES! Because THEIR PARENTS AND FAMILY MADE SURE TO GIVE THEM THAT.......
