Maxwell's Mutts is an entire cave battalion of IACF
EXP-ARCs! These Experimental-ARCs were assigned to hot zones for immediate
deployment and lethal multi-purpose combat against PAGAN-CORP and other
subversive organizations. Each nation of Counterstrike has their own EXP-ARC
Program and much like the American Empire they have all experimented with
creating new and unique ARCs with varying degrees of success and failure. But
Maxwell's Mutts are unique in the fact that they served extensively in the most
openly fought for regions where collateral damage was permissible and
acceptable! Along with!? Human casualties. Making the Mutts
not only brazen in their development psychologically, but also haphazardly
careless about the concern of non-aligned or incidental injuries and deaths to
human-beings.
As usual with the
American Empire this was allowed on purpose to study the responses, reactions
and development mentally and socially of IACF-ARCs who were NOT BOUND TO
MINIMIZE HUMAN-CASUALTIES OR CONCERN THEMSELVES WITH ANYONE NOT DIRECTLY A PART
OF IACF. The goal behind this was to SIMULATE, as best as possible, what would
happen if IACF-ARCs were given free-reign, development, potential rebellion,
and!?
To test the
potential of actual Underworld-Realm Mangs invading earth.
The results
regarding the EXP-ARCs who would become the Maxwell's Mutts, was predictable.
Their only concern was getting the job done and the safety of Their Own,
especially Their Master-Husbands. The Mutts QUICKLY formed Links with their
IACF human-handlers and wasted no more than 90days before settling into
marriage with them. They slaughtered and killed with NO REGARD when left to the
open parameters they were given. But their aggressiveness often led to intense
responses and reprisals by PAGAN-CORP Forces and allies! Usually leading to the
deaths of Their Master-Husband Handlers.
Once paired with a
new Handler, once again, the Mutts quickly settled back in and became attached
and never went beyond 90days before marriage. IACF-Psych Department decided to
see how the Mutts handled being paired with Conscious-Handlers, who were
IACF-Handlers who'd been vetted to make sure they would act in a moral-&-ethical
fashion. Meaning?
They wouldn't just
arbitrarily allow massive loss of life and collateral damage.
These pairings led
to some of the EXP-ARCs being KIA alongside their Conscious-Handlers. Because
the EXP-ARCs had already become accustomed to the original set of orders after
5-years. They were often in conflict with their new handlers because of this,
but they still formed marriage-Links within 90days. As time passed though the
EXP-ARCs experienced massive losses on all fronts including in their
effectiveness! IACF-P (Psych Department), concluded that the EXP-ARCs had
become "Set" on a psychological and physical basis, with the original
orders that gave them free-reign to use their powers without care or concern
for anyone or anything else not directly attached to themselves or the IACF.
After 5-years of
Conscious-Handlers the Mutts had been married at least 3x's and the mass
majority had lost their Master-Husbands in the line of duty. Their
effectiveness under the Conscious-Handlers dropped DRAMATICALLY! And almost
HALF of the Mutts were KIA alongside their Conscious-Handlers. IACF-Researchers
also found that the massive shifts in style of operation and the thoughts and
actions of the Conscious-Handlers caused the Mutts to become psychologically
unsure and even unstable in some instances, because each Conscious-Handler KIA?
Dramatically impacted the Mutts psyche and certitude in what she was doing and
her own confidence in her abilities! What was also found was a growing feedback
from their own evolutionary-genes, where the loss of their handlers and their
failures both against the enemy and in meeting objectives of assignments.
Caused their evolutionary-genes to begin to regress the Mutts and create
weaknesses within them based on the Mutts own failures and shortcomings!
This information
was critical in determining that Mangs can not only rapidly evolve, but a
reversal in circumstances can actually cause them to devolve as well! The Mutts
were then returned normal-Handlers, but were put underneath the normal rules
and regs of IACF engagements. Again the Mutts married within 90days, but they
were now all showing signs of being psychologically and psionically DEPENDENT,
on being Linked to a Handler. In just 10-years they'd developed a dependency on
being Linked to a human. This information was also used to determine if Mangs
actually INVADED, how long would IACF need to hold out before a potential
evolutionary-ability backlash presented itself?
Although they'd
produced the simulated result of 10-years, everyone had already seen that in
the 5-years when the Mutts were allowed to rampage, they did MASSIVE DAMAGE
WITH ALMOST 100% CIVILIAN DEATH RATES IN TOO MANY INSTANCES! In the end it was
becoming more and more clear that the Mutts were solely CREATED to simulate a
Mang or Other, Underworld-Realm Invasion and see how bad the damage would be
done and what were IACF, NOT COUNTERSTRIKE ITSELF, but IACF-ONLY. How much of a
chance would they have to repel a Mang or Other, invasion, from Underworld-Realm.
The Mutts were then studied for various other tests in live field results,
ultimately reducing them to their current crappy condition!
They were
ultimately returned to Imperial American shores and essentially mothballed
after 3-decades of study and experimentation-observation. Overall the Mutts
have been disruptions wherever they were stationed at.
*Mutts are mostly Daughters of KIA Operatives & ARCs
-Daughters; are IACF-ARCs created for an IACF-Handler and His ARCs that directly led to the
pelting (defeat and destruction) of a PAGAN-CORP Nobility-Type
*Mutts are all Giantess-Dragon types, meaning they can grow and take on "dragon-type" abilities and
features
*Mutts are COMPLETELY DEPENDENT UPON THEIR LINK WITH BYRON
MAXWELL
-Link/s are tele-empathic in nature, a combination of telepathy, which is mental. And empathy,
which is emotional. A Link is a very broad-based ability that is completely dependent upon the
individuals involved or an individual at the heart of a Link-network, known as a Keystone or
Cornerstone of a Link-network.
*Mutts see themselves as Byron's Mutt-Bitches and are HIS TO
DO WITH AS HE PLEASES they
have been problematic for Black Fox Diana, which was why they were intentionally shipped to her
base so that they could BE disruptive for her and whatever command staff she created from the slop,
shit and crap they'd stuffed into Crusader Base
*Byron has used HIS COMMAND-N-CONTROL through Glen Loch
Academy to have research done to dig up their files and find out each of their
individual histories. Black Fox Diana did not do so because she did not
actually care due to all of the problems that the Mutts initially caused her
and the fact she had to ultimately put them down 1-by-1! In 1998, two-years
into all of them being stationed within Crusader Base. She initially put them
into cryocontainment. But she soon found
that she was unable to cooperate or negotiate with the then Orion the Hunter
and His Royal Court of Camden, so!? She was forced to bring them out of
cryogenic-storage and ONLY BRING AROUND the Mutt-Generals, where she brokered a
deal with THEM WITHOUT TELLING THEM the real reason she'd brought them around
was because of their ridiculous ability to take massive damage and deal it out
too!
The Real Reason why
she'd brought them back was because she intended to use THEM as cannon fodder
to deal with any attacks by Orion and His Royal Court, where she would simply
give the order to them to defend Crusader Base without regards to Camden City
itself! Something that did finally happen in 2002! Where the Mutt-Generals led
their Mutts to openly attack Camden City in response to Orion and His Royal
Court attacking Crusader Base! PAGAN-CORP AND IMPERIAL AMERICAN FORCES ATTACKED
CAMDEN CITY AS WELL! Forcing Orion to break off his attack on Crusader Base!
While Black Fox Diana decided that if Imperial American Forces attacked and
successfully got into Camden City, the first thing they'd probably do after
finally getting rid of Orion is GET RID OF ALL OF THEM! Since they'd have
survived yet another attempt by their own side to exterminate them! So Black
Fox Diana, WISELY! Decided to embrace the fact that this was the Last Stop for
all of them and the only thing remaining for them after this was being pelted!
And put up on some IACF or IAF-bastards trophy hall, wall or room!
Diana was able to
use the Battle of Camden City 20-2[1],
as a means to GAIN CONTROL over the Mutts and negotiate a promise to them that
she would find them a SUITABLE-HANDLER, a male! To Lord over them and be Linked
to. Something that she'd secretly already done and was well into manipulating
and moving pieces to ultimately be able to bring him to Crusader Base, as long
as everything spun out right. Of course that male was Byron Maxwell. Whom Diana
had found out had been born on April Fool's Day in 1993 and was up in Chester
City. The Mutts and the Mutt-Generals in particular!? Were unaware of the fact
that Diana had been doing recon and intelligence work on the area and looking
for suitable males to start recruiting them into Crusader Base.
The Mutt-Generals
were also unaware that Diana's recruitment-abilities ONLY EXTENDED TO
INDOCTRINATION SCHOOLS! Not normal IACF-Academies! This was of course because
of the fact that Crusader Base and every bitch in her was slated for
extermination and exploitation up until they could be exterminated! So sending
REAL IACF-handlers and operatives into Crusader Base was OUT OF THE QUESTION!
Diana is also certain that the current Supreme Commander of IACF, Donna Hill,
is actually an ARC that serves and obeys one of the many powerful White-humans
who are a part of the Imperial American One-Percenters. Again, the
Mutt-Generals know nothing of this and CARE NOTHING FOR POLITICS NOR THE
POLITICS OF POWER!

Battle of Camden City 20-2
was a massive four-way battle between Orion the Hunter and His Camden City
Crusaders, where they attempted to attack and remove Crusader Base from their
waterfront after six-years of building animosity. The day before the battle,
Crusader Base Patrol ARCs got into with Camden City Patrol Forces and injuries
were sustained on both sides. When orders were sent to Black Fox Diana to
cease-&-desist city patrols, she refused, knowing that if she did then IACF
could then rake her over the coals for not doing her duty of patrolling Camden
City. On December 22nd 2002 Orion led his forces and attacked
Crusader Base stating they were a disruption to the city's peace and
tranquility. Black Fox Diana countered by releasing Her Mutts upon Camden City
where massive property damage and civilian casualties and deaths took place!
During this time PAGAN-CORP Philadelphia ATTACKED Crusader Base under the
orders of Supreme High Priestess of Delaware River Defenses,
Paulette-Passion23! While PAGAN-CORP Philadelphia Forces located in the
encircling Camden County Area attacked Camden City TOO! This would cause IACFNJ
to respond by attacking the encircling Camden County PAGAN-CORP Forces on
December 24th! While working alongside IAFNJ (Imperial American
Forces of New Jersey) where they would also attack Camden City itself in an
attempt to regain Camden City from Orion! Hemmed in on both sides, Black Fox
Diana blinked first because she knew if ANY SIDE WON HER AND HER BITCHES WERE
DEAD! So she struck a deal with Orion and broke off her attacks and
successfully, decisively-defeated and pelted Paulette-Passion23! Giving Orion
the ability to defend against IACFNJ and IAFNJ! This battle is also called Christmas in Camden 2002 by locals in
the surrounding effected regions....

This is another
reason why they were able to be so easily AND THOROUGHLY MANIPULATED AND
ULTIMATELY MENTALLY DESTROYED! Because they care nothing about THE
SCIENTIFIC-METHOD OF POLITICS AND POWER[1]! Diana has intentionally not bothered to
attempt to TEACH THEM THIS because she knows that they honestly don't give a
fuck about it! Or?
So she thought!
This would end up being disproved when Byron would quickly begin
teaching them this and some of the Mutt-Generals like Tanten would quickly
emerge and show that they are FULLY AWARE OF HOW THIS WORKS AND IT WAS PART OF
THE REASON WHY THEY REBELLED AGAINST BLACK FOX DIANA IN THE FIRST PLACE! What
ended up being MORE TELLING was the fact that even while they were pouring
their guts out mentally after Diana had defeated each of them individually and
then had them placed in cryocontainment, it was Victoria Vixen! Who pointed out
that Diana COULD NOT CORRECTLY DECODE THEIR PROJECTIONS TO SEE THEY WERE NOT
JUST RANDOMLY REBELLING LIKE IDIOTS!
They were fully
aware that they'd been sent to Crusader Base as a Last Stop[2].
And Last Stops are meant to be the final resting place for ARCs where they will
either be pelted by the assignment or sabotaged to make sure that they will
never survive to move on to another assignment, ever again. Tanten then pointed
out that their human-handlers over the decades had been sent on what they found
out are called "Last Rides", on-purpose! Last Rides are only handed out to
human-handlers who insist on riding with ARCs who have been issued either Last
Stop-Orders or have been deemed troublesome, but may be of worth if cut-off
from human-male psyche support and companionship. Something that has been
intentionally programmed within what Tanten calls "Earth-ARCs" and
"Earth-Mang".
Because Byron
honestly accepted the Mutts he quickly found out that among their Mutt-Generals
are a number of highly intelligent and quite dangerous and devious members
including but not limited to;
LaTegra.
Envy-&-Ivy!
Victoria Vixen.
The Tallgeese-Twins.
Prattle Tattle.
And of course, Tanten themselves. Who it turns out were the
unofficial leaders of the Mutts once they got shipped to Crusader Base and
realized that they weren't going to be able to transfer out. It was at this
point that Tanten revealed to them the gravity of their situation and the fact
that unless they all pulled together, none of them would leave Crusader Base unless they were face-down, ass-up! Dead on a dissecting table for final autopsy and study....

The Scientific-Method for
Politics and Power is a concept by Black Fox Diana where
espionage agents are taught to see the invisible threads of plots and schemes
to be able to sort through and find the actual objectives of those they are
against. As well as the particular races-n-places they come from on why they
are doing, whatever they are doing, where the espionage agent must collect
information and either stop the threat or report the threat back to superiors.

an IACF-term that means that an ARC/ARCs have reached the end of their
usefulness for whatever reason and need to be pelted either through the
assignment itself or by IACF in some way, shape, or form. Last Stops are not
announced to the ARC/s in question, it is up to them to figure out that they
are actually being sent to their deaths or stationed somewhere which will lead
to their deaths. Last Stop orders given to human-handlers of ARCs are called Last Ride/s
