And I've tracked down THE CEO'S TWITTER ACCOUNT WHERE HE IS TALKING SHIT! But can't even get a fuckin QUALIFYING OFFER OUT IN A TIMELY FASHION! You know, I can't type good afternoon, because IT ISN'T. It is now almost quarter to 2pm EST. And I've just checked my inbox and found not a fuckin thing for the supposed job I have supposedly gotten.

Yesterday I spent my day off racing up to the middle of the northeast of Philadelphia by train and bus! Where, yeah, that's nice. Job interview went well. Supposedly I will find out on Tuesday if I get a second interview, yaddah-yaddah-yaddah! Frankly I am paying close attention to how much things have become about jumping through HOOPS! And not nearly enough about GETTING SHIT DONE.
I'm STILL AMAZED at how much shit has changed. When I was last in the Nazi-American workforce, there was NONE OF THIS 1st, 2nd, 3rd interviews and phone interviews and all this OTHER SHIT! There was, ONE. INTERVIEW. And they DID NOT! Give a FUCK about resumes. You came in, FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION. Got interviewed. And you were told THEN AND THERE;
1) You're Hired.
2) You're NOT HIRED.
3) We have OTHER CANDIDATES AND WE WILL NOTIFY ON THIS DAY IF YOU GOT THE JOB. And lo-n-behold ON THAT DAY, you GOT THE CALL AND YOU EITHER GOT THE JOB OR YOU DID NOT.

It already wasn't paying enough for me to meet bills and INVEST in my business. Now it is once again INTRUDING on my ability to meet my responsibilities.
BOTTOM LINE!? I'm not too KEEN OR CONFIDENT that this SUPPOSED NEW JOB, is going to be much better than the plantation-station by the way they have handled themselves SO FAR. It is now 1:50pm EST. Their is only x-amount of hours left in this business day. I have ZERO CONFIDENCE that this "qualifying offer" is going to be in my inbox when I get home after 12 midnight. And YES, I also have ANOTHER JOB OFFER GOING, besides the one I went to YESTERDAY. But there is NO DENYING THE FACT THAT GETTING WILLIAMS WORKS TURNING A PROFIT IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOING TO ENSURE ME OF ANYTHING.
But while it is easy for me to state the obvious with what I just typed. I'm forced to question how people and mass-media put forward the false image that you can become successful simply by using social media-mediums recklessly, when the reality is STILL THE SAME. It takes money. TO MAKE MONEY. And of course, you have to do the work. And it has to be consistently done. Lemme get moving, because it's now 3 minutes after 2pm. And I gotta be in by 3pm. I'm gonna be spending this day at the plantation-station trying to come up with more means to gain sponsors. I MIGHT have to open a PATREON account. If I even spelled that right.

Officials: Home heating oil spills into Schuylkill River
Water department: Drinking water should be safe

UPDATE (3:30 p.m., 1/26/16): Much of the heating oil that spilled into the Schuylkill River on Monday has been removed by using vacuum trucks, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection announced Tuesday. But efforts to identify the path the oil took remain ongoing.
Oil was leaking into the Schuylkill River on Monday afternoon, according to officials.
The Schuylkill River Development Corp. said on Facebook that the spill occurred near Chestnut Street. According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the leak was caused by a sensor malfunction of an emergency generator at a CenturyLink facility.
The Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management said on Twitter that it is helping to coordinate response to the home heating oil spill with the Coast Guard and the Philadelphia Fire Department, and they are working on cleanup plans.
"All downstream notifications have been made and @PhillyH2O intake valves are closed. There are no health concerns," the OEM tweeted. "The responsible party has an environmental contractor on site and @uscg is monitoring clean up as Schuylkill is navigable waterway."
Samantha Phillips, the city’s director of emergency management, said there is no damage to the water supply because appropriate damage treatment measures were taken.
The Coast Guard said that 4,200 gallons overflowed from the leak, 250 gallons of which spilled into the river.
Miller Environmental Group Inc, an oil spill response organization, is engaging in the cleanup effort, the Coast Guard said.
The Philadelphia Water Department said earlier on Twitter that it is aware of the spill and has informed the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
The Schuylkill Banks trail along the river may be closed between Market and Chestnut streets for cleanup activities.
QUICKLY! I'm going to post this article regarding what I just typed about White Castle and its Undercover Boss EXPOSURE! As one of THEE WORST PLACES TO WORK, ANYWHERE!
White Castle is, without a doubt, the most depressing fast foodchain out there. Lifeless white walls, sad, grayish burgers, and unhappy employees. Everything about it just screams depressing dining experience. Last night's Undercover Bossconfirmed this.
David Rife, owner of White Castle, did the usual song and dance by dressing up as an undercover blue collar worker in order to bust his ass on various entry level jobs at his company. He made burgers, he fried those alarmingly processed chicken fries, he stuffed buns inside of plastic bags, and he worked the factory line putting cheese on sliders. And at the end, he surprised the people he worked by revealing his true identity as their millionaire boss. Jokes on you, suckers! I'm playing golf and smoking cigars tomorrow while you're still gonna be slapping processed cheese on processed burgers! He was terrible at all of it (with the exception of telling them that he owned White Castle), but where this episode of Undercover Boss strayed from others is just how poorly everything was run—and how aggressively unhappy all of the employees were.
In past episodes the show was able to find employees that despite their menial job, found joy in their work. They were enthusiastic, nice to the customers, and had a sense of pride in how they went about their day. Not at White Castle! Frowns, cutting corners, and doing juuuust enough not to get fired was the name of the game.
The one person that didn't come off as absolutely miserable was a young kid who put his own salsa on his burger to give it actual flavor. He shared his salsa with Rife, and Rife ended up giving the kid a $5,000 scholarship to college and a meeting with White Castle's culinary team, which is most likely a group of hobos with no taste buds. So look for salsa verde on your White Castle burgers in the future!
Usually the company featured on Undercover Boss is a well run machine that has somehow lost its way. But I think that despite Rife trying to make White Castle turn over a new leaf, my next order of chicken rings will still be served with a side of sadness.

I worked at a suburbia White Castle as a teen. Periodically I'd fill in at inner-city locations and it was a completely different world.
Suburbia White Castle: mildly boring except at 2AM when the strip clubs closed down and we'd get their clientele and the strippers (never ran out of ones on night-shifts).
Inner-City: it was a hot, screaming pit of wickedness and misery. Hobos bathing in the restroom and the managers had to call the cops after hobos refused to leave the shitter after a goddamn hour. The employees hated each other only slightly less than they hated the customers. The security cameras barely showed the dining area while the employee areas were covered by at least 2 different angles and often 3.
I just had no idea that people could be so trite and angry over the most meaningless things until those shifts.
My coworker and I were talking about when we were watching this Undercover Boss episode, we talked about the fact that the White bosses HIRE SOME OF THE WORST BLACK PEOPLE THEY CAN FIND. Because they always have AMMO to use to HOLD LEVERAGE OVER THEM! We talked about the fact that A FEW TIMES, when it was ALL OF THE 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT BLACKMEN!? YO!?
Fuckin WORK GOT DONE! IN A HURRY! There was NO PETTY BICKERING! NO SILLY SHIT! NOTHING BUT WORK! Lemme TELL YOU SOMETHING I USED TO LOOK FORWARD TO THOSE DAYS GOING ON AND IT'D BE NOTHING BUT US A MAYBE ONE OR TWO WOMEN
They broke us up in a HURRY! Because we started talking about SERIOUS SHIT LIKE HOW SHIT IS DONE THERE AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT! And that THURSDAY it was the Thursday's that we all used to work together THEY DID AWAY WITH THAT SHIT AFTER 3 WEEKS! And I'm CERTAIN SOMEBODY RATTED US OUT! And then I pointed out "So of course our NATURAL TENDENCY WAS TO PUSH THAT. So what happened!?"

And then a car came up so it was back to work!

Went undercover to supposedly find out what is going on with his company at the ground floor of the GRUNTS AND WAGE-SLAVES HE LORDS OVER FROM HIGH ATOP HIS WHITE PYRAMID CHAIN OF COMMAND! You know, the one where THE PEOPLE are firmly at the VERY BOTTOM of the pyramid! And then all in the middle are all kinds of MIDDLE MANAGEMENT! THEN UPPER MANAGEMENT! THEN SUPERVISORS! THEN EXECUTIVES! THEN BOOT-LICKERS AND BUTT-KISSERS OF THE BOSS! THEN MAYBE EVEN SOME FAKE-ASS BOARD OF SOME SORT!

Then to see the fact that as expected, the very fuckin fools who rule these plantation-stations CAN'T FUCKIN ENDURE THEIR OWN FUCKIN REQUIREMENTS TO WAGE-SLAVE ON THESE PLANTATIONS, pathetic! But that's where I'm at right now, my sleep schedule and body are all FUCKED UP! So I can't fuckin go to sleep even though I REALLY NEED SLEEP! MIND YOU!? Flint Michigan Considers Distributing Scientology Book To Save City

For those already uncomfortable with the erosion of the separation of church and state in voucher programs and faith-based programs under Presidents Bush and Obama, a new proposal in Flint Michigan is likely to seen the inevitable result of this trend. The Flint city council is considering using police and other public officers to distribute copies of “The Way To Happiness,” a book by Scientology creator L. Ron Hubbard.
Scientologist Monika Biddle reportedly introduced the council to the book during an August 22 meeting as a way to reverse the high rates of crime and poverty in the city. The message appeared to resonate with Councilwoman Monica Galloway (right) who said “We need to sow [values] into these children [because these] are things they are not getting.”
While presented as a nonreligious moral code, the book is obviously associated with Scientology and written by its founder. Putting aside the controversy over Scientology and the view of some countries that it is a cult or criminal organization, there remains the more pressing question of the use of material closely associated with a religious organization. The book contains 20 different principles like “Don’t Be Promiscuous,” “Be Temperate,” and “Do Not Murder.” It has been distributed by The Way to Happiness Foundation which claims a distribution of 100 million copies of the book all over the world. The Foundation and distribution of the book has been the source of long controversy around the country, particularly in schools.
Police Chief James Tolbert did not balk at the notion of police officers passing out the book. He is quoted as saying “From the information I’ve seen, apparently it works. I’m for anything that works.” (You may recall Tolbert from the Detroit scandals)
Secularists have objected to the plan for obvious reasons. First, the use of public employees to distribute such a book is highly troubling, particularly when the book is written by a religious leader. I would feel the same if it is Hubbard or a rabbi or the Pope. It further erases the line of separation that is already under fire in our society. Second, the notion that a book like this will save the city of Flint shows how detached from reality some members of the government have become. The idea that a police officer will hand a copy of this book to a drug dealer and he will suddenly realize that killing and promiscuity is wrong seems less than likely. Finally, the role of politicians in trying to instill morality in a population is a dangerous proposition. Not only are politicians the last group that I would look to for such lessons, they often use such gimmicks to take away from the fact that they are making no serious efforts to address these social problems.
Flint has enormous and growing problems. It will not help its image with investors to be seen as using public employees to pass out a book like this. More importantly, it will not help its citizens. Flint has lost too much in jobs, the environment, schools and other areas. It does not need to add the separation of church and state as another casualty of its long-standing downturn.
