I came across this promo JUST NOW and remembered it before clicking on it. But the bottom line is in it there is more proof of why the Youth of ANY PLACE AND/OR RACE is either going to be the Rise of said place-n-people. Downfall. Or Middle Managing, which is a catch-all of potential positive-negative and otherwise.

Young people not given any direction literally can become a problem for those they are constantly around. Young people given direction literally can become a problem for those who constantly malign and attack wherever they live. Master Frances Cress Welsing said it best here;
