Chester Tech High School is a fictional elite technical school that is owned and controlled by the Chester City-branch of PAGAN CORP. The school was used initially as a means of allowing PAGAN-CORP Chester to make inroads into the troubled city and gradually take control of Chester City from there.
Like the entirety of PAGAN-CORP it has become fractured due to the abandonment of the Founder and Ruler of PAGAN-CORP, the otherdimensional spy, Charles Pagan. Pagan fled back to Tanis Island of Underworld-Realm once he found out that humans had figured out how to use nuclear energy as a means of blocking otherdimensional travel and intrusion, so? To keep from being trapped here alongside of the PAGAN-Mang that he'd been charged with leading and overseeing, he abandoned his post and went home!
However, since the PAGAN-Mang are NOT REAL MANG, but are bioengineered extrapolations of them. They were DESIGNED to function around Charles Pagan. Now? With Pagan having abandoned them, they were and are left to their own devices leading to a multitude of internal wars amongst this massive global corporation. As well as factions breaking off from larger regional sects of PAGAN-CORP.
Chester City PAGAN-CORP, broke away from the former global headquarters and central PAGAN-CORP headquarters of Philadelphia. During the chaos and infighting that took place after Charles Pagan fled! They were able to keep their autonomy and aggressively began making inroads into Chester City politics and all phases of governance and business, until Chester City was and still is firmly under Chester City PAGAN-CORP rule.
Chester Tech High became a breeding and recruitment ground for them to promote THEIR IDEOLOGY, which is regional domination, meaning? To ultimately confront and conquer the massive PAGAN-CORP Philadelphia headquarters and then begin to finally compete on a global stage using the Philadelphia-branch's massive resources and clout!
This of course is no easy task since Chester-branch is nowhere near the size of the Philadelphia-branch, nor do they have the resources or womanpower to openly fight it out with them, SO!? They took to recruiting and rearing HUMANS from an early age to fight and work for PAGAN-CORP Chester, instead of other humans. This of course has Chester City on the Indoctrination-protocols list of the Imperial American Counterstrike Forces. Who have failed to openly attack and take down Chester City PAGAN-CORP too many times in the past. And have also had massive casualties caused to Chester City citizens from botched attempts to do so, OVERTLY!
Chester-branch also uses the fact that Chester City is predominantly Black and that the Imperial American government rarely if ever launches OPEN ATTACKS against Pagan Corp anywhere within the empire when dealing with mostly White population centers.
This fact has fueled the staunch local Black support of Chester PAGAN-CORP and allowed them to remain autonomous and a LEGITIMATE THREAT to both Imperial American local law and PAGAN-CORP Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban PAGAN-CORP branches and offices.
Chester Tech High has produced a strong human support and frontline force for Chester-branch, but has not produced humans fit for alteration and modification so that they can be given superhuman-abilities. Byron Maxwell was the first Chester City baby that was born where he passed all of the criteria for human alteration/modification. He was then immediately enrolled and supported in the various Chester-branch front organizations and hospital services so that they could ENSURE he'd become the first actual altered-human agent of Chester-branch.
He was enrolled into the Chester Tech Head Start Program and excelled and ultimately would become Chester Tech High's best and brightest, never to graduate from it. The details of how that happened will be revealed in the next post.....
