Sittin here, icing up the bottom of my feet! To treat my plantar faciitis and whatever this other ailment is that is messing up blood circulation in my feet. Watching the OKC vs. Chicago basketball game! I've finally started getting the hours and my feet, knees and legs are starting to act up. So I have to ACT UP IN GETTING CONTROL OVER THESE AILMENTS!
